Here are a series of web videos I did for the service division of Ford. These particular videos had an incredibly tight schedule, with just three days per video allotted to the initial animation. They are intended to be very simple, straightforward explanations of various vehicle repair and maintenance scenarios. The videos are large and simple enough that they are easily viewed on any device. They’re also designed so that the message is still communicated with just the text and illustrations and no audio. Most people want a quick overview of the problem and solution, so the videos do not linger on any particular section and give the basic knowledge someone would need to diagnose the problem themselves or simply know what work needs to be done.
